1. Storage used by Yamira

Authentication cookies support secure sessions. Launch-access cookies control private-preview access. Workspace cookies remember the most recently visited workspace page. Browser local storage remembers the selected display theme. Calendar connection flows may use short-lived state cookies to secure authorization.

These technologies have different purposes and lifetimes. Authentication expiry is governed by the configured session settings; workspace navigation cookies are configured for up to 30 days, launch settings follow their configured expiry, and theme preferences remain until removed. This notice does not classify every convenience preference as legally essential.

2. Third-party and optional features

Stripe or PayPal checkout and Google Maps or Calendar functionality may involve provider cookies, identifiers, or network requests when used. Their notices apply to their own services. A first-party preference and a third-party marketing tracker are assessed separately.

Yamira does not authorize advertising or optional analytics trackers to load merely because a user accepts the Terms. Before adding non-exempt tracking, we will provide the information, opt-in or objection controls, and prior blocking required by the applicable law.

3. Your choices

You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser, change your display preference, and revoke connected services. Blocking authentication storage can prevent sign-in or secure operation. For optional features, use the available controls or contact ramjohncapital@gmail.com.

Where an exemption does not apply and the law requires consent, optional storage must remain blocked until that consent is obtained, with a practical way to withdraw it.
